Who needs overhead lights, lamps, or desk lights when you can have Christmas lights? That seams to be the wife’s thoughts on the subject. Came home from work the other day, and she had decorated the cabinet that the TV/stereo is on, as well as the CD and DVD towers with x-mas lights. Lots and lots of bright lights. Thankfully, they are all white, and not a bunch of multi-colored, flashing, annoying, lights. 
Of course, to go with things, we had to put up our own Christmas tree. – Even though the in-laws have one put up in the main part of the house. Actually, the Christmas tree isn’t that bad. It’s a little 3-foot (pre-lit) tree. Pull it out of the box, plug it in, and there you go. Not bad for our first Christmas tree as a married couple. I’m sure she’ll post a picture of it to her blog when it’s all done. Well, that is if she can get away from her WoW addiction.
Seeing all of the idiots at Wal*Mart made me extremely glad that I do most of my x-mas shopping online. No way I’d spend more than a couple minutes among those raving, ravaging, maniacs at the mall (and that’s just the wife :p). Seriously, with Amazon.com, you can buy books, music, movies, games, clothes, and more. It’s like an online Wal*Mart!
