Have you tried K-Meleon?

Our very first two weekly polls at OverclockersClub.com asked “Have you tried FireFox?” and “Have You Tried Opera?“. This week, we’ll revisit the browser world and ask, “Have you tried K-Meleon?“.

K-Meleon is FireFox’s lighter, faster, and more configurable little brother. The latest version, K-Meleon 0.9, was released on Jan 18th and is based on the Mozilla 1.7.5 code base.

If you haven’t given K-Meleon a shot and you love FireFox, I’d suggest giving it a go. And then try Opera. ;)

Ding! Level 50!

I remember a month or so posting that people had already hit level 60 in World of Warcraft. Not even a month into the game and they were already at the max level.

Here it is the end of January and I’ve finally hit level 50. I’ve seen and done so much in game, yet there is still so much to do. I can only imagine how much these people who power leveled missed out on.

So, what are these people who have hit the max level doing now? Well, some of them are still questing. Others are helping out guild mates and friends. Then there are those who have no other purpose in live but to go find those who are 20 levels below them and kill them… over and over and over.

Well see how things are in a month or so when I’ve hit 60. Which path will I take…

TGIFF

Well the end of the week is finally here. Thank god.

I was actually planning on putting some stuff here about my week, today’s upgrade, and a bunch of other stuff. But, I’m to farking tired to make any since tonight so I’ll just leave this bit of ramble for you.

I may rant tomorrow, if I ever wake up. ;)

Instant Messenger 2 v1.5 Is Here

I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet, but Instant Messenger 2 v1.5 was released early this morning. Downloads, change log, and support can be found at IM2.com.

I’m hoping that this version fixes many of the [annoying] bugs that v1.4 and earlier had.

For those of you who haven’t heard about IM2, it is a fairly new, free multi-IM client. If all goes well for it they have plans to offer VoIP and many other things not available in any of the current free multi-IM programs. It reminds me a lot of GAIM on steroids. ;)
