Blogger.com, the site I use for my day-to-day ramblings has made the first change to their service since I created my account. – Well, at least it’s the first change that I remember seeing made. 
Nothing major, just a minor change to the comment system. Now, when you click “add comment” you should just receive a pop-up box for you to add a comment to rather than being completely redirected to blogger.com.
Hey, it’s a change. It may not be much, but at least it does show that they are working on stuff. :p
