XFire, the popular Instant Messenger for gamers, needs your help!
As many of you may remember, Yahoo! Inc. filed a lawsuit against XFire Inc. a while back claiming patent infringement. So far, Yahoo has yet to contact or respond to XFire in anyway.
For the small group that helps maintain and support XFire, this lawsuit could end up costing over $2 Million. Clearly, that isn’t something XFire could afford. While they aren’t asking for donations they are asking for help spreading the word about XFire.
XFire today filed a countersuit against Yahoo in the United States District Court. Personally, I love XFire and hope this works out in their favor.
