A new beta version is out for the Opera web browser. Opera 8.0 Beta 3 includes many changes from the past beta versions, including a new preferences window, which personally I don’t like. 
You can read about Opera 8.0 Beta 3 in the Opera Press Release or in the Beta 3 change log. Opera 8.0 Beta 3 does not include the IMAP changes which are being tested in Opera 8.0 Preview 5.1.
