This had been brewing for a long time, but I’ve finally left the World of Warcraft guild that I’ve been a member of for so long. That’s right, I’ve left behind.
Who am I with now? Well, no one at the moment. A friend of mine, and another former Golden Hall guild mate has been thinking about starting up a guild, and I’ve kind of had the same thoughts myself. If that doesn’t happen, I’ve highly considered joining The Mithril Twilight Order (MTO) or Vindicators of Justice (VOJ). Both are role-playing guilds on the Bleeding Hollow server, so I should fit in with them.
So, why did I leave? Well, let’s see here:
- There was very little guild communication.
- There was very little guild activity.
- I’ve spent much of my time in GH grouping with other guilds anyway.
- Some of the members were more concerned about taking care of themselves rather than other members.
- There was no structure or order to the guild.
- RP? In Golden Hall? I think I saw it once or twice.
There, those are most of my reasons for leaving. Don’t get me wrong Ljufr, Grimmundr, and some of the other members where nice guys. In truth, had it not been for those two, I would never have received my mount. Nice guys, but the guild sucked. And I’m finally tired of it.
