Well, we decided we’d raid Hammerfall again last night. We thought we had a bad ass raid group. Little did we know someone else had a better raid group (or groups).

Not long after crossing into Arathi from the Wetlands we encountered SG. After a few deaths, we managed to hold them off. Feeling good about it, we moved on to Hammerfall.

We were devastated and pushed back to Refuge Point. We regrouped, and were pretty well devastated there. It didn’t really matter where we regrouped at SG was just more than we could fight through the lag. Were they better at PvP? It’s hard to say, but it would appear so. They knew what to do if nothing else.

They had an overwhelming number of mages which would just AoE the frak out of everything. With the lag, you were dead before you saw the spells most of the time.

I guess it’s time to start working on my mage, Belan, a bit more.
