There has been a bug found in World of Warcraft which has the potential to really frak up the economy of the game. The bug, which I will not detail allows players to dupe items, including gold.
Since I can remember this happening many times in UO, I’m not about to link to it. Further, I hope Blizzard bans every last son of a bitch that uses this bug. I don’t want to see WoW economy end up like that of UOs.

You’d think with as big of a WoW story as this the WoW fan sites would be talking about it, however sites like Oaming, Stratics, Warcry, and some others don’t mention the first word about it. Here are some places that are talking:

Blizzard has gone all day without really saying anything about the rumor. The only acknowledgment was via a post that stated the servers would be down for an extended period of time today while they investigated. Other than that, there has been nothing. It makes you wonder how bad this really is.
Blizzard did delete a number of topics today where people were posting information about the exploit. Hopefully those asses got banned.
