Round 1 Winner: Microsoft

According to C|Net News a judge in the legal spat between Microsoft and Google, has granted Microsoft’s request for a temporary restraining order to prevent Kai-Fu Lee from violating his noncompete agreement.

Round one is clearly a Microsoft victory, but this bout is far from over.
