IGN Entertainment, the company that recently purchased the GameSpy Network and also owns sites such as Rotten Tomatoes, Ask Men, and the Planet Network, has agreed to be purchased by News Corporation. Yes, that’s the company that runs FOXNews.com and other Fox sites.
The deal is for an approximate $650 million in cash. From the looks of things that is a pretty sweet deal for everyone.
