C|Net News and Slashdot are reporting that a British company is considering taking legal action against Google for the use of GMail.
Apparently, for the last 15 months or so, Independent International Investment Research and Google have been trying to reach a settlement for the use of a trademark. Independent II Research has been using the “G-Mail” name for one of their own since 2002. – Google’s GMail was launched in 2004.
