Google’s founders have set up a new charitable organization, Google.org. This new organization will be an umbrella organization for the Google Foundation, some of Google’s own charitable projects, as well as partnerships and contributions to for-profit and non-profit organizations.
They started things off with a bang too, donating almost $1 Billion to get it up and running.
