Well, I guess the big news story of the day yesterday was the final release of Mozilla Firefox 1.5. Here are some of the changes:
- Automated update
- Faster browser navigation
- Drag and drop reordering for browser tabs
- Answers.com is added to the search engine list
- Report a broken Web site wizard
Oddly enough, this is some of the same things that have been available in the Opera Web Browser. Ok… I’ll keep my personal thoughts to myself.
Firefox really is a good alternative to Microsoft’s highly flawed Internet Explorer, and Firefox has come a long way over the years. I know a lot of people that love it as much as I love Opera.
You can download Firefox at the new Mozilla.com. That’s right, it’s no longer available at Mozilla.org. Or, you can download Firefox plus the Google Toolbar directly from Google.
