Sooooo Hungry!

Ok… about this “Weight Watchers” program. It absolutely sucks! Who in their right mind came up with the idea of counting ‘points’? This is dumb.

I’m not “fat” even though I could stand to lose some weight. Most of it is from just not exercising (like I use to), sitting in front of a computer for 10 hours a day (work), and having a late snack. So, I’m going to try something else.

I’m not going to count points. To me that’s just stupid. ;) Instead, this is my simple plan:

1) Add more exercise to my daily routine
2) Watch what I eat
3) No late night snacks
4) Eat healthier
