I've never called my step-father anything, except his first name whenever I referred to him while talking to my mother. I don't call my step-father "dad" and I don't call my step mother "mom"... I call each of them by their first name. When I'm talking to/about my step-brother I use his name... though, if I send him a message, I'll call him "s-bro" as a joke.
