Depending on how you want to take this is could be good news or bad news for all of you fellow Highlander fans out there. Adrian Paul will be returning as the Highlander… sadly, it will be a SciFi channel original movie. SciFi channel has a lot of talent, but they usually suck at making movies. Matter of fact, I’d expect a SciFi Channel Highlander movie to be worse than Highlander II.

Flash Gordon
On Friday night SciFi Channel aired their remake of Flash Gordon. Anyone else watch the first episode? I’m still not sure yet what to think of it, I’ll have to give it another episode or two before I make any judgment. It could be good… maybe.
Burn Notice
Dexter isn’t the only show that’s kept me occupied as of late. I also stumbled across this one after seeing a thread on… yup you guessed it, Neowin.net.
Burn Notice is about an ex-agent who was, burned. Dumped off in the middle of Miami with no money and no explanation as to why he was burned, or even who burned him. He’s got to find out what happened, but needs cash to do that, so he ends up picking up odd jobs to earn the cash. The way the show is shot is just great, and it’s also got Bruce Campbell in it.
Dexter
If you haven’t seen the show Dexter, you need to. It’s fraking great! I first found out about it after seeing this thread on Neowin.net. I’ve been hooked since the first episode, and finished watching the first season on Comcast OnDemand. Oddly enough, there were three episodes that Comcast was missing. Not to worry, I found a way to watch them.
Now, I’m waiting for Season 2 to pick up on Showtime next month. If you haven’t seen it, go watch it!
Xfire 1.79 Released
A new update was just published for Xfire. Basically just a normal update, only thing really worth mentioning is the max friends limit has been upped to 1000. Really now, why is there even a limit?
