Well, where to start? Obviously, my name is Bryan McDaniel and I’m known around the net primarily as d3bruts1d. d3bruts1d is disturbed backwards in case you couldn’t figure that one out either. Disturbed happens to be one of my favorite groups, so I kinda took the name. 
Hmm.. I was born in 1980, and I’m happily married. June 11, 2004 was the big day. I’ve really enjoyed everything that’s happened since that big day, and couldn’t imagine myself without her. Awww. My wife, whom most people will know as CelticaFLT. If you play World of Warcraft you might know her as Nightstar (Night Elf Rogue on Bleeding Hollow) or Dethala (Undead Rogue on Maelstrom). She is an awesome woman and I’m glad she had the courage to merry me. Even if she does enjoy playing a Night Elf in World of Warcraft. :p
If you came here, it’s probably because you saw my site listed at TechRelated.com, OverclockersClub.com, or some other website. I spent almost four years helping run OverclockersClub.com, and then in 2005 I decided to give my own site a shot… that’s when TechRelated.com came in to play. Sadly, in March 2007 I was forced to shut down TechRelated.com due to financial difficulties. I’m hoping that one day, I’ll be able to bring the site back.
My primary job is as an IT contractor in and around the Oak Ridge, TN area. The company I actually works for is SCI Consulting Services, Inc. According to them, they are “A great place to work for, and a great company to do business with”. I know some people that might disagree.
I really don’t have a defined set of job duties; however my job title is “Jr. Software Application Systems Engineer” or something like that. My activities vary from day to day, so it’s hard to explain what all I do. The main focus of my job is the Comprehensive Tracking System (CTS), which is a Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) database/application.
To be honest, it’s a big, ugly, complicated program, which sometimes I wish I had nothing to do with. However, it has kept me employed for now, so I’ll live with it. Actually, the system is very useful, it’s just doesn’t have the easiest or prettiest interface. 
My other duties include supporting the CTS system, training people on the CTS system, maintaining many of the ES&H related web pages, as well as doing some PHP programming.
